Event Submission Instructions
Please fill out the following information on the form and note that fields marked as (*) are required.
I have an event that repeats on multiple days, what should I do?
Let’s say your event runs for 3 days starting June 12th to 14th, you would need to enter the following:
- Start Date = June 12th
- Start Time = 6:00pm
- End Date = June 12th
- End Time = 11:30pm
- This is a repeating event = Yes
- Event Repeat Type = Daily
- Gap Between Repeats = 1
- Number of Repeats = 2
The start and end time must be the same for each day. Otherwise you will need to submit another event with the different start/end time.
How do I upload an event poster?
if you have an event or poster image, please upload it by clicking on the Select an Image button under “Upload Event Image/Poster” so that we can include it with your event listing
How can I add my brewery logo or another image to my event details?
In the Events Details section, you will see two tabs: Visual and Text. Click on the Text tab and on the top bar you will see “IMG”. After you click on it, a small window will pop-up asking you to “Enter the URL of the image” and then an image description which is optional. After entering the image URL, you will see a HTML img src tag entered into the Event Details text area.
What happens after I submit my event? When will it be posted?
After entering your event details, please click on the “Submit Event” button. An email will be sent to the OCB Week team to review your event submission. Once your event has been approved, it will be posted to OCB Week events calendar. Please allow up to 24 hours for your event to be reviewed and posted.
